58mm /147cc Honda CRF110 cylinder. The all aluminum ceramic coated cylinder is lighter than a steel sleeved aluminum cylinder, reduced friction (Thus increasing power), improves piston ring sealing, and provides much better heat transfer (Runs and cools down quicker).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Installation requires engine disassembly (Case Splitting) and case boring.
Therefore Fast50s recommends that a professional technician install this kit and the cases bored by a reputable machine shop.
Cylinder skirt measures out at 60.48 x 27mm for case boring
(Matching piston and gaskets coming late spring 2023!)
