Terms & Conditions For Sales of Products and Parts

2. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.

We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient, or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason.  We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact Email address has been given.  We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use Email to cancel such an order.

We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need arise.

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order is confirmed therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. No orders can be canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday after 5PM PST to Monday 9AM PST cannot be canceled, as they are processed over the weekend for shipment. Pre-Paid special orders are subject to the 20% restocking fee at anytime the order is cancelled after payment is processed.

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchases. Other than applicable manufacturer’s warranties, or as otherwise provided in these Terms & Conditions, there are no warranties, express or implied for any of our products, and we specifically disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose for tires, aftermarket wheels, and tire & aftermarket wheel packages.

For other parts, we provide a limited warranty of 30 days from the date received by the original purchaser or installer, unless otherwise specified, and covers the replacement of a defective part(s). The warranty applies only to parts replacement unless a part cannot be obtained in its place. For such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. A refund or an exchange of a defective part will be processed only if it is accompanied by the original sales invoice. All items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

All items are given a limited 90-days warranty period by the manufacturer. The manufacturer will allow the parts to be under warranty provided that these parts are free from defects in workmanship and material.

Under NO circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.

Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred.

Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages mailed back by the customer, containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he/she is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.

Shipping charges (original & return) are non-refundable in any instance.

Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 2 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. While we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, a shipping charge will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer.

Import Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any and all import costs extended by their customs department. If a package is refused by the customer, the postal carrier will either destroy the package and its contents or ship back to the sender. In the event the package is shipped back to Fast50s, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping
Overnight and 2-day shipping are available for most small and medium sized packages for additional charges. The specific shipping options will be displayed at checkout after you enter a shipping address. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded. All orders must be received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time (10:00 AM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays. No Overnight or 2-Day deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for Overnight and 2-Day delivery on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day. implies no responsibility for carrier error in delivery. promises to label and process orders with the correct shipping address provided by the customer and provide processed order to carrier. Once order is transferred to carrier of choice, will not be responsible for carrier error in delivery completion. Customer is responsible for requesting shipping insurance as an option by email after order is placed, if option is desired.

Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.

Freight Charge
Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns and special order cancellations that are not the direct result of our error. Restocking fees only are not applicable in the case of manufacturer defects or exchanges.

All returned items must have a valid issued RA (Return Authorization) number written outside the shipping box prior to return. The RA Numbers can be obtained by calling or by sending an email to Fast50s Customer Service at that includes your purchase date,original invoice/receipt number and the items your are seeking to return. Returned items without the RA numbers will not be accepted.

Returns that qualify for an exchange or return must be new/unused and sealed in their original packaging. If a part is returned by the Customer and found to be damaged or used after received by the Fast50s Return Authorization Department, Fast50s will notify the customer of the condition by phone or email. The Customer will have the option to have it mailed back at the Customer's expense. If the item is unclaimed within 10 days of Customer notification, the item will be considered as forfeited.

Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the qualified returned item(s), we forward the part(s) to the manufacturer(s) (other brands carried) for approval. The manufacturer(s) will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" Email the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please Email our returns department at and we will respond to you timely. Special order/unique parts cancellations could take up to 2 weeks to process and 4-7 business days to post to your account or credit card.

Parts sold are solely intended for children 13 and above.

Fast50s and its subsidiaries (collectively, "") strive to achieve and maintain high standards of corporate integrity and ethical behavior. and its employees adhere to the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (the "Code"). expects that its suppliers will conduct their businesses not only in a lawful manner but also in compliance with the same high standards of integrity and ethics. expects that its suppliers must not support, promote or engage in the practice of slavery or human trafficking, and it requires suppliers to comply with the laws regarding anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business. suppliers are further expected to take reasonable and necessary steps to help ensure that their sub-contractors and sub-suppliers conduct business in compliance with the laws regarding anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business. Suppliers are expected to promptly take corrective action to address any deficiencies identified with respect to compliance with the laws regarding anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking. If a supplier is found to be in violation of the laws regarding anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking reserves the right to terminate its relationship with that supplier for failure to comply. employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management regularly visit and inspect its suppliers' facilities to further ensure compliance with laws regarding anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking. participates in industry groups to share experiences and gain new information to improve compliance in its supply chain. has zero tolerance for slavery, human trafficking and child labor.

VERIFICATION: currently does not verify its suppliers in its supply chain to evaluate and address risks of slavery and human trafficking. does not conduct third party verification of its suppliers' compliance with anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking laws. However, utilizes its internal resources to regularly visit and inspect its suppliers' places of business to ensure compliance with anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking laws.

AUDITS: currently does not conduct independent and unannounced formal audits of its suppliers to evaluate compliance with standards for anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking in its supply chain. However, utilizes its internal resources to regularly visit and inspect its suppliers' places of business to ensure compliance with anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking laws.

CERTIFICATIONS: does not require all of its suppliers to provide any certifications regarding compliance with anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking laws of the country or countries in which they are doing business. However, expects that its suppliers must not support, promote or engage in the practice of slavery or human trafficking, and it requires suppliers to comply with the laws regarding anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.

ACCOUNTABILITY: expects its employees, whose duties involve the supply chain, to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to anti-human trafficking and anti-slavery. takes the issues of slavery and human trafficking very seriously and will continue doing its part by responsibly managing its supply chains in an effort to eradicate human trafficking and slavery. All reports of alleged violations will be investigated by If the results of an investigation indicates that corrective action is required, will decide the appropriate steps to take, including discipline, dismissal, and possible legal proceedings. Disregard or deliberate ignorance of the law is not tolerated and may lead to disciplinary action.
