143cc & 165cc Race Head V2 Upgrade Kit
This awesome kit includes the new V2 Race Head and camshaft (See Important Notes below).
While the new head may appear to be the same on the outside as the other TB type race heads for the KLX110's and DRZ110, internally it has gone through numerous changes. The addition of forged aluminum roller rocker arms and a new camshaft profile are the biggest changes followed by larger valves and ports. Both valves are now stainless steel made of 21-4N material. This all gets you a race cylinder head that puts out a professional level of performance yet is still affordable for the privateer rider. These are great quality parts and require no machining to the cases or other modifications. – Just bolt on and go!
Important Note 1: If you have a 2010 or newer KLX110 or KLX110L, you will also need the part # FF0645TB cam sprocket that is available on the KLX110 / DRZ110 page on fast50s.com.
Important Note 2: This kit does not contain a piston, so you will need to either use one of TB Parts newly modified pistons or check your your clearances very carefully and modify your piston’s valve pockets (reliefs) to clear the bigger valves if need be.
This head will not work with any of TB Parts KLX110 big bore pistons sold prior to 3/18/2008.
We recommend getting one of the kits in this section that includes the piston and a gasket kit.
The parts in this kit are installed in the same manner as your OEM parts.

-Race Head V2 and roller rockers with 30mm Intake valve & 24.5mm exhaust valve, 27mm Intake port with 23mm exhaust port.
–Race Camshaft V2-1 for Race Head V2 (We can switch to V2-2 camshaft if preferred, just call us after your order is placed and request the change)
