TBparts ultimate 155cc big bore stroker kit! The combination of the large V2-2 camshaft with the Nibbi PE28 gives you the highest powerband possible for the ultimate race bike combo. You cannot make more horse power with any other bolt on kit for less! This kit was put together for the ultimate 155cc performance package and is perfect for the 155cc stock mod mini MX race class.

-TB V2 Race Head
-All aluminum ceramic coated cylinder, lighter than the OEM steel sleeved aluminum cylinder
-Lightweight high compression domed 60mm Forged 12.09:1 (when combined with the V2 Head and crank in this kit) Still ok with 90+ octane fuel)
-Forged aluminum roller rocker arms
-60mm Piston Rings (No case boring required)
-30mm Intake and 24.5mm exhaust valve (21-4N Stainless steel)
-55mm Stroker Crankshaft (More displacement, torque, and power)

Case splitting required: If you don’t have experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike that is available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer. Installing a crankshaft requires delicate technique.
Notes: If you have an 2007 or older model with the original OEM Output Shaft it's highly recommend to also purchase a strengthened Output Shaft available from Fast50s! (Part # FF1120TB) The 2002 thru 2007 Output Shafts were pretty weak and snap in half. (They have a oil hole drilled straight through the shaft at the opposite end of the sprocket) so best to update while you have the engine apart.
Note 2 –We also recommend a heavy duty clutch plate kit FF1035TB, for best results convert to full manual and some tuning may be required
Note: Make sure to start your air fuel screw is 1.5 turns out from bottom before you start tuning.
This kit comes with no installation instructions, but if you can replace your piston, you can install this kit. If you don’t have any experience working on your engine, we highly recommend having a professional technician install this kit or, at a minimum, purchasing the shop manual for your bike available from your local Kawasaki or Suzuki dealer.
