Takegawa 5-Disk Complete Special Clutch Kit for XR100 / CRF100

■ Feature: Die-cast clutch cover
     -Patented structure: thermostat mounting part and oil line structure.
     -The clutch cover is die cast aluminum, and then is buffed and painted clear. (We can also get an oil cooler kit for this clutch kit)
     -Oil inspection window on side of the cover
     -Oil Filter pocket on side of cover (Uses paper type available from Fast50s)

■ Can be installed with stock clutch or Takegawa 5 disc reinforced clutch at the same time.
     -Large oil filler cap is included with cover or you can order a Fast50s part #VTC22000 and choose your favorite color and dress it up even more.
     -Special clutch cable is included (900mm) version
     -Original rubber separator included (for 100cc only)

■ ■ PLEASE Note:
     When die cast cover is installed on the Ape100 / XR100 Motard / XR100R / CRF100 and the oil is taken out from the clutch cover
     the wall that divides the oil from the oil pump into the crank side and the cylinder head side will be damaged.
     In this case, there is no wall to divide the oil from the oil pump into the crank side and the cylinder head side, so the oil flows in two directions.
     (This MUST be done) You MUST install the rubber separator in the crankcase. Then the motor oil flow will be moving in one direction and all the oil from      the oil pump will flow to the oil cooler & oil filter.
     Then flow will also go to the crankshaft and crankcase after passing through the oil filter in the clutch cover then it flows to the crank shaft, crank      case and cylinder.
     If the oil hose is currently installed on the Takegawa bore up cylinder, you will need to purchase a fitting adapter & hose to change the outlet.

■ 5-Disc Strengthened Clutch
     Ape50 (XR100 / CRF100 Style) OEM clutch (Has 3 friction plates) The Ape100 OEM clutch (Has 4 friction plates) With this kit the capacity is increased      by adding more plates
     (Ape50: 33% / Ape100: 25%) and clutch slippage is virtually 100% prevented.

■ This product can be used for big bore engines or it can be installed on a stock bore engine with the stock clutch cover at the same time.
     -Clutch dampers goes from the stock 4 to 6 in this kit to increase the damper capacity.
     -The oil pump ratio is reduced from 2.187 to 1.833 to increase the amount of oil discharged per engine revolution.
     -The primary drive ratio is changed from 4.437 to 3.833, resulting in a 16% higher gearing and a wider selection of drive sprockets.
     -Clutch springs are 10% stiffer then the OEM Springs.
     -Cast iron is used for the clutch center and the friction disc contact surface of the pressure plate to greatly improve durability.
     -The lifter plate, guide pins, bearing & flange bolts are reused from your OEM parts.

Since the primary reduction ratio is changed, the sprocket needs to be changed usually but not always.
***Stock OEM Honda CRF100 Gearing is: 14/50 (Fast50s CRF100 FT/DT bike features the SH+R BBK and uses 14/42 gearing and they absolutely rip)
