SP TAKEGAWA 5-Speed Cross Mission Kit

5-Speed transmission (1 down & 4 up shift)

*KSR110/KLX110 04 models and earlier require a different diameter change pedal than 05 models.
*KSR PRO can be installed by installing Kawasaki Stock Parts 13151-0055 (Switch COMP Neutral) and Takegawa Manual Clutch Cover Kit (with Primary Drive Gear) 02-01-0360 at the same time.
*KLX110L can be installed by installing the Takekawa manual clutch cover kit (primary drive gear included) Part No 02-01-0360 at the same time.
In the case of KSR PRO and KLX110L, the stock clutch cover cannot be installed.
*The left crankcase needs to be modified.Please contact SP Takegawa for processing.
Please send the left crankcase only.
Be sure to remove the attached parts such as neutral switch, stud bolt, knock pin and oil filter.However, do not remove the press-fitted bearings.
*There may be changes in product specifications due to manufacturer's reasons.

*Depending on the lot, the product may be delivered with the old price and label with the old JAN code before the price change.

Details:
The shifting system can be changed from bottom neutral return type to 1 down 4 up return type.
Compatible with both centrifugal type (stock) and manual type (Takegawa Hydro Clutch, hydraulic/mechanical manual clutch cover).
Compatible with both stock and big bore engines.
Steel shift drum is used
Includes reinforced shift fork shafts
Compared with the stock fork shaft, it improves the durability and prevents the trouble to the shaft.

KLX110 (Stock transmission)
First gear: 3.273 2-speed: 1.937 3-speed: 1.350
