Some of you may have already read this but "It's Official" Stefan Everts has clinched his eighth World Motocross title with his victory at the Grand Prix of Ireland this last Sunday.

The Belgian legend went 2-1 for the win in the MX1 class, he won in front of around 15,000 spectators. What was cool is in 1979 his dad Harry Everts also the world title in Ireland. To say the least Stefan is pumped.

Waay cool info is new and Factory KTM rider Ben Townley also locked his hands finally onto the MX2 World Championship as well.

Townley is from New Zealand and was riding like he has often this year by taking both moto wins with some heavy hitters striking out behind him. Attached are some pictures of Ben on his "start" up Fast50s ride..

We say Start up cuz it will be getting even more trick as the year gets going. You may even see Ben doing some mini motos sometime. :)

Ben said after the race: "I knew it would be great to be World Champion, but it's even better than I imagined" Also a notable mention goes out to Great Britain's Carl Britain's who finished a consistent season end by going 10-10 which personally I would have been happy about!!

Btw Ben's bike looks sick thanks for getting him all dialed in Rob!!
